Loyal staff and satisfactory breakfasts. There were a heating system, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a study table in the room, appreciated that. Location seemed magnificent. Just walking distance from Le Domus, where you can have lunch.
-
Great, next to the local train station, the old town can be reached on foot
-
This hotel is equal to 4 stars. We enjoyed it, especially its views and location. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast here costs 16 eur per person.
-
Everything was excellent, especially facilities and breakfast. We liked our good sized room. We wanted to see Musee Requien, it was 5 mins walk from the hotel. No reason to complain, would definitely recommend this place.
-
Clean, cozy.
No dishes
-
Didn't like the breakfast. It's very primitive. I expected more.

The suite we stayed was more than sufficient for the three of us. There were two bedrooms but sharing one bathroom upstairs. The only complaint was that we had to carry the big luggage up the narrow stairs. Overall, the location is very good and the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging rental car to be delivered to the hotel for us and we left the car at the hotel carpark. So it saves us the hassle of going to the car rental company.
-
Very easy locations, right at the gates to the old city and next to the intercity train station, large room
No free coffee & tea in the room & lobby
-
The hotel appeared to be staffed by a total of 3 staff. For a supposedly four star hotel this is totally inadequate. There is no restaurant and the so called swimming pool is very poor. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.
-
Large room, nice communal area's,
Room interior very dated, no coffee facilities in room, no wifi in room
-
good location, pretty and cozy room, great for a family
-
The position was good, across the road from the old city.
Rooms are large , and very spacious, however the hotel needs to invest in new beds and bedlinen. Foyer furniture could do with replacement. Hotel has great potential. Staff are not very helpful .
-
Quiet,very well situated,nice athmosfere.
The breakfast very expensive for a very poor offer, a lot of choyces arround so i would suggest to the hotel management a re-evaluation.
-
The hotel is easily accessible and has a public garage just around the corner. Close to the city center
Air conditioning is centrally managed. Dials in the room have no effect at all.
-
The lobby is quite grand and visually striking.
This hotel bills itself as modern and upscale but the rooms do not measure up. The desk staff was far from helpful, and did not describe any of the features of the hotel such as Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc. It was the beginning of November and our room was very hot, when we tried to use the air conditioner it only blew hot air. The desk staff informed us (at 2pm) that this could not be fixed until the next day and instead switched our room. No air conditioning was available in the new room either (I believe the hotel had disconnected it for the season) meaning we had to sleep with the door to the balcony open, which was not at all safe as the balconies were connected to every room on the floor of the hotel.
